Run your hotel from your AI assistant
FrontDesk speaks MCP, the open protocol used by Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and a growing list of assistants. Connect your property once, then ask for arrivals, availability and revenue numbers, or book a room, in plain language.
Ask it like a colleague
- “Who is arriving today, and which rooms are still free tonight?”
- “Is a double free from 10 to 12 October? Book it for Ada Lovelace, 2 adults, 240 euro.”
- “What were our occupancy, ADR and RevPAR in September compared with August?”
- “Find the guest with email ada@example.com and show her stays.”
What the assistant can do
get_day_overview- Arrivals, departures and in-house guests for any day, with room and guest names.
check_availability- Free rooms for a stay, and how many are left per room type.
create_reservation- Books a room for an existing or new guest; refuses if the room is already taken.
get_performance- Occupancy %, ADR and RevPAR for any period up to a year, stays prorated by night.
find_guest- Guest lookup by email or by name. Identity documents are never exposed.
Set it up in two minutes
- In FrontDesk open Settings → Integrations → API & webhooks and create a key.
- Add the
frontdesk-mcpserver to Claude Desktop, Cursor or any MCP client:
{
"mcpServers": {
"frontdesk": {
"command": "npx",
"args": ["-y", "frontdesk-mcp"],
"env": { "FRONTDESK_API_KEY": "fd_live_…" }
}
}
}The server runs on your computer, has no dependencies and talks only to the FrontDesk API with your key. A key covers one property: for a group, add one server per hotel. The same data is available over the REST API and webhooks.
Try it on your own property
