Switch to FrontDesk
FrontDesk's import recognises the reservation exports of five systems and maps their columns for you. Each guide says what to export, which columns come across, and, just as plainly, what stays behind.
- Switch from CloudbedsExport your reservations from Cloudbeds as CSV or Excel; FrontDesk recognises the Cloudbeds column names and maps them for you.
- Switch from MewsExport the reservation report from Mews to Excel; FrontDesk understands Mews terms like Space, Space category and Adult count.
- Switch from Little HotelierExport your bookings from Little Hotelier as CSV; FrontDesk recognises the Little Hotelier booking columns and maps them automatically.
- Switch from OctorateExport the reservations list from Octorate to Excel; FrontDesk recognises the Italian-language Octorate columns (Referente, Arrivo, Partenza, Adulti…).
- Switch from Booking.comRunning your property straight from the Booking.com extranet? Download the reservations list and import it; FrontDesk recognises the Booking.com columns.
- Switch from LodgifyExport your bookings from Lodgify to a spreadsheet and import them into FrontDesk: rentals become rooms, and a switch-over day replaces the Lodgify booking widget with a commission-free booking page.
- Switch from Beds24Beds24 lets you choose the columns of its booking export: pick arrival, departure, guest name, email, phone and room, and FrontDesk maps them on upload.
- Switch from SmoobuExport your Smoobu bookings to Excel or CSV; each Smoobu apartment becomes a FrontDesk room and the columns are mapped when you upload.
- Switch from HostawayExport reservations from Hostaway as CSV and import them into FrontDesk; each listing becomes a room and guest name, email, phone and dates map on upload.
- Switch from GuestyExport your Guesty reservations to CSV, import them into FrontDesk and move aparthotels and multi-unit buildings to a hotel-style PMS with a flat price per property.
- Switch from eviivoExport your eviivo bookings to a spreadsheet and import them into FrontDesk; rooms, dates and guest contacts map on upload.
- Switch from RoomRaccoonExport the reservation report from RoomRaccoon and import it into FrontDesk; room, dates and guest contacts map on upload, and you keep a flat price per property.
- Switch from SirvoySearch your future bookings in Sirvoy, export them to Excel and import the file into FrontDesk; names, contacts, rooms and dates map on upload.
- Switch from HotelogixExport the reservation report from Hotelogix to Excel and import it property by property into FrontDesk, including hotel groups.
- Switch from eZee AbsoluteExport the reservation list from eZee Absolute to Excel and import it into FrontDesk; guest, room and dates map on upload.
- Switch from Oracle OPERA CloudMoving an OPERA Cloud property to FrontDesk? Export future reservations from a report, import them property by property, and run a pilot before the group follows.
Coming from another system? The generic import takes any .xlsx, .xls or .csv with arrival, departure and guest name; you map the columns yourself in a single screen.
And if you ever leave FrontDesk: Settings → Data export downloads your reservations, guests, invoices and payments as Excel or CSV, for one property or the whole group, on every plan. No ticket, no fee, no waiting.
How long it takes
Small property (up to ~20 rooms)
30–60 minutes
Create rooms, export future reservations, import (cancelled rows are skipped). Most of the time goes into rooms and rates, not the file.
Mid-size hotel (20–150 rooms)
Half a day
Same steps; export by month or quarter so any refused rows are easy to fix, and reconnect channels on the switch-over day.
Large hotel or group
About a day per property
The import runs on the property you have open, so do one property at a time: start with a pilot property, check the planner against the old PMS, then repeat. Channel reconnection and staff logins take longer than the import itself.
€39/month per property, not per room. Volume pricing for groups. 14-day trial, no credit card.
