How it works: enter your property name and the email where you want to receive the details, then send the link in your booking confirmation or print the QR code for the front desk. Guests fill in the form on their phone and send it from their own email app.
Nothing is stored on our servers: the details travel only from the guest’s phone to your inbox. That makes it a quick, free way to cut queues at reception, but it is up to you to keep those emails safe and delete them when you no longer need them.
The form collects the details most countries require to register guests: full name, date and place of birth, nationality, identity document and residence, plus everyone travelling with them. Check your local rules for anything extra, such as a signature on arrival.
