Is there a limit on rooms or bookings?
Pro is $45/month per property for up to 49 rooms, with unlimited bookings. From 50 rooms you move to Enterprise, priced per room with volume tiers (see below), still with every feature and unlimited bookings.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, free forever for properties with up to 3 rooms or units: planner, bookings, folio, housekeeping and your direct booking page, with a small "powered by FrontDesk" line on guest pages. The two-way channel manager (via Channex, a separate Channex subscription), e-invoicing, groups and the API are part of the paid plan; iCal sync is included.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up without a credit card and use every feature for 14 days. When the trial ends you choose: activate the subscription and pick up right where you left off, or simply stop — your data is not deleted.
We are a hotel group with several properties. How does pricing work?
Volume pricing applies to every property in the group: $45/month each for 1–2 properties, $38 from 3, $33 from 10. Add your properties, then activate the group plan from Settings → Subscription: one subscription, one invoice, no sales call.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The one shown on this page: EUR, USD, GBP, AUD or CAD, picked from your location and switchable above. Checkout charges that same amount, VAT handled by Stripe.
Can I use it on a phone or tablet?
Yes. FrontDesk is mobile-first and installs as an app straight from the browser, no app store required.
Is my data safe?
We host it on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security, encryption in transit and at rest, and automatic backups.
How do I pay?
From Settings → Subscription, by card, through Stripe. Monthly or yearly ($450/year, 2 months free), no minimum commitment, cancel anytime.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly fees are not refunded for the month in progress, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends. Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first yearly payment: just email us. Details in the Terms of Service, section 4.
